Job summary

Leckhampton Surgery in Gloucestershire is recruiting for a salaried GP to join a forward-thinking practice with a collaborative open-plan hub environment. The role offers 25 patient contacts per day, flexible start dates, and a supportive training ethos.

We provide in-house clinical coding and a dedicated team to reduce admin burden, with opportunities for development, mentorship for newly qualified GPs, and a Green Impact for Health Silver Award.

Qualifications

• UK medical registration is required.
• GP with current UK registration preferred.
• Desirable: experience in a teaching/training practice.

Responsibilities

• GPs consult with 25 patients on a routine day (face-to-face and telephone).
• Share of patient list to support continuity of care and doctor satisfaction.
• Participation in MDT meetings and collaborative, hub-based working environment.
• Support for newly qualified GPs including mentorship and fellowship opportunities.
