Job summary

Penrose Health is seeking a Salaried GP for Penrose Surgery, London. The role is full-time with flexibility and focuses on high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will work with Nurses, Pharmacists and Mental Health Specialists, with access to protected learning time, wellbeing activities and social events. Expect reduced admin, a balanced workload and opportunities to develop as a GP trainer or leader.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with licence to practise.
• Experience in primary care clinical practice.
• Familiar with EMIS and digital clinical tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Enjoy reduced administrative burden thanks to back‑office support.
• Benefit from fewer on‑call duties and home visits.
• Work with Lead GPs and group Clinical Leads for development.
• Participate in monthly protected learning time and clinical meetings.
• Opportunity to become a GP trainer or progress into leadership roles.
• Utilise EMIS and digital tools to support consultations.
