ModalityMid-Sussex Division has a vacancy for a full-time Salaried GP, with a specialist interestin lifestyle medicine to assistus in the delivery and expansion of our already established and successful lifestyleprogrammes including the Diabetes Reversal Programme. Practicalexperience in lifestyle medicine is not an absolute requirement as you will bementored by a lead GP in house. We are looking for a GP to join our salaried GP workforce alongsideproviding lifestyle medicine sessions, (this would include group consultationswhich are often held in the evenings) Wewill provide you with the supervision necessary to safely de-medicate diabeticpatients and lead group consultations. You will be trained in facilitating a holistic approach to patient health and well-being, emphasising the importanceof movement, sleep, stress management, diet and exercise.
