ModalityMid-Sussex Division has a vacancy for a full-time Salaried GP, with a specialist interestin lifestyle medicine to assistus in the delivery and expansion of our already established and successful lifestyleprogrammes including the Diabetes Reversal Programme. Practicalexperience in lifestyle medicine is not an absolute requirement as you will bementored by a lead GP in house. Main duties of the job

We are looking for a GP to join our salaried GP workforce alongsideproviding lifestyle medicine sessions, (this would include group consultationswhich are often held in the evenings) Wewill provide you with the supervision necessary to safely de-medicate diabeticpatients and lead group consultations. You will be trained in facilitating a holistic approach to patient health and well-being, emphasising the importanceof movement, sleep, stress management, diet and exercise.

Qualifications
  • We require high performing GPs to join our team. The following requirements must be met:
  • GMC registered.
  • CCST for primary care in the UK
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • On the UK performers list for primary care.
  • Current valid driving licence/access to a car.
  • Working with a GP clinical system (eg System One, EMIS etc) Clinical audit Working in a team
Skills
  • IT skills (MS Office, Internet etc) able to competently use all basic IT software.
  • IT skills (Use of Clinical Systems) experienced in use of a primary care clinical software system, and other remote consultation technology.
  • IT skills (systems and software) able to independently problem solve to enable effective remote working and minimise disruption to working day.
