A leading healthcare partnership in West Carr, England is seeking a dedicated Salaried GP to provide patient-centered care at nominated practice sites. Modality Partnership Hull division has a vacancy for a Salaried GP (Up to 9 sessions a week). The postholder will be passionate about patient care, working at one of the following sites: Alexandra Health Care Centre, West Hull Health Hub, New Hall Surgery, or Diadem Medical Practice, contributing to innovation within the partnership in the way care is delivered. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team who will embrace our partnership values Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE).
The role is patient‑centred and delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions.
Modality Partnership is the largest GP super‑partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patients and a multi‑disciplinary workforce of 1,500 staff. We are unique, always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through new and innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Recent innovations include the use of robots to facilitate the remote filing of blood results and the development of a document management team. These new initiatives are underpinned by our governance team to ensure patient safety.
