Job description

Modality Partnership Hull division has a vacancy for a Salaried GP (Up to 9 sessions a week). The postholder will be passionate about patient care, working at one of the following sites: Alexandra Health Care Centre, West Hull Health Hub, New Hall Surgery, or Diadem Medical Practice, contributing to innovation within the partnership in the way care is delivered. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team who will embrace our partnership values Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE).

Role Overview

The role is patient‑centred and delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care through regular appointments.
  • Conduct home visits as required.
  • Handle general administration for patient care.
  • Work in collaboration with local practice team, engaging associated roles attached to the practice.
