Job summary

Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a Salaried GP for the West Cumbria area. The practice offers 4 to 8 sessions per week with flexible days, 15-minute slots and ~30 patients daily. You will benefit from a supportive multi-skilled team and a clear path toward Lead GP with increasing responsibility.

Relocation support up to £8,000 and NHS Pension are part of the package, along with Indemnity coverage and BMA-style contract. Applicants must be GMC-registered as General Practitioners.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified as General Practitioner and registered with the GMC.
• Experience in a training practice is desirable but not required.
• Ability to work 4–8 sessions per week with flexible days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 15-minute face-to-face GP consultations, ~30 patients per day.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to minimise routine admin.
• No routine home visits.
• Opportunity for progression to Lead GP with extra responsibilities.
