Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is seeking a Salaried GP near Norwich, Norfolk, in a practice prioritising sustainable general medicine with a collaborative, long-term home. The role offers a clear pathway to partnership and a supportive in-house home-visiting team.

The successful GP will join a well-established, mid-sized practice with a strong partnership structure and Monday/Friday sessions, plus a competitive sessional rate and NHS pension benefits.

Qualifications

• GP qualification and GMC registration required.
• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
• Experience in sustainable general practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• 6 to 8 sessions per week, with Monday and Friday required.
• 13 patient contacts per session, mix of telephone and face-to-face, 15 minutes each.
• Pooled list with admin built into the working day.
• On-call built into salary with capacity managed to a safe level.
• Pathway to partnership after 12 months of service.
