The GP rota involves morning and afternoon duty doctor sessions, with occasional full day duty if required due to GP leave. There is no out of hours commitment. There are no care homes in the area but there is a very supportive, elderly day care centre.

There are regular GP meetings, Practice Meetings for the whole team and the Practice Quality Lead links into the Black Isle Corridor Cluster. Salaried GPs are expected to take an active role in practice development, quality improvement and clinical governance.
