Job summary

The Green House Surgery in Redcar invites applications for a Salaried General Practitioner to join our established team. You will provide high-quality primary care, manage a diverse caseload and participate in patient-centred care across clinics, home visits, and e-consultations.

We support CPD through regular training, peer mentorship with a GP Partner, and a collaborative practice culture. Negotiable salary based on skills and experience, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Chronic disease management experience in a GP setting.
• Experience delivering preventive services and screening.
• Demonstrated ability in clinical governance and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and wide range of health needs in primary care.
• Attend to surgeries, telephone/video/e-consultations, home visits, and paperwork.
• Supervise and mentor junior clinicians and practice staff.
