Royal College of General Practitioners in South Suffolk is seeking a Salaried GP to join a practice that maintains a genuine booked-appointment model. A safe working limit of 30 appointments a day and flexible 10 or 15 minute slots support sustainable workloads.

The role offers 6 sessions per week within a hands-on partnership, with a pooled patient list and minimal home visiting. Newly qualified GPs are welcome and supported to established roles.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP registered with GMC
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• 6 sessions per week in the practice's booked-appointment model
• A pooled list divided proportionally to your sessions
• Minimal home visiting; nursing team covers most visits (1–2/week for GPs)
• Duty doctor roughly once a week during core hours
• Newly qualified GPs welcome and supported into confident, established roles
