Job summary

Menlo Park International GPs in Bicester is seeking a Salaried GP to join a long-established training practice. The role offers a genuine pathway into trainer responsibilities as the team has recently seen a trainer depart.

The practice provides a friendly, close-knit environment, with a structured day and dedicated admin time. You’ll work in a mid-sized team with broad multidisciplinary support and a light on-call burden.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
• Minimum of 6 sessions per role with flexibility on days.

Responsibilities

• Own/personal lists with continuity of care as a priority.
• Genuine scope for partnership for the right candidate over time.
• Light on-call burden with duty doctor carrying out triage roughly once a fortnight.
