Job summary

Londonwide LMCs Ltd. is seeking a Salaried GP to deliver the full range of primary care services within a busy practice in London. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality and accessible care to diverse patient needs.

The post includes 6 sessions per week with 1 duty day out of 5 and 1 hour of extended hours outside core hours. Responsibilities cover clinic, telephone, home visits, and managing prescriptions, referrals and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with management of long-term health conditions.
• Experience caring for elderly patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of primary care services in a GP practice.
• Undertake surgery consultations, telephone consultations and home visits.
• Develop care plans for health and local enhanced services.
• Record clear notes and contribute to audits.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of GPs, nurses and staff.
