Holmes Chapel Health Centre is recruiting a Salaried GP for 6 sessions per week at a busy training and dispensing practice in East Cheshire, near Holmes Chapel. The role includes extended access until 8pm on Mon-Tue on a rota basis and duty sessions until 6.30pm.

You will work within a supportive team and contribute to ongoing growth, with a strong emphasis on patient-centred care. The practice uses EMIS Web, Docman and Accurx and offers a positive working environment with a comprehensive admin

Qualifications

• Current full GMC Registration and inclusion in the GMC GP Register.
• Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary primary care team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high standard primary and continuing medical care to patients.
• Cover duty days and triage duties on a rota basis.
• Undertake patient consultations, home visits and triage as required.
• Refer patients to specialists in a timely manner per protocols.
• Contribute to practice meetings and governance activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
