Job summary

Forge Close Surgery in Bromley, Kent, is seeking a motivated salaried GP to join our supportive clinical team. The role offers 2 to 4 clinical sessions per week, with a blend of telephone, video, e-consultations, face-to-face appointments and some home visits. NHS Pension and indemnity insurance are provided.

We offer 6 weeks annual leave pro-rata and 1 week study leave pro-rata. Informal visits can be arranged by contacting Dr H Singh.

Qualifications

• Registration with GMC and current UK practice eligibility.
• Experience in a GP practice with primary care delivery.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and new technologies.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of medical services as defined in the core GMS contract.
• Deliver additional and enhanced services where appropriate.
• Make autonomous decisions for presenting problems.
• Assess healthcare needs of undifferentiated patients.
• Screen for disease risks and early signs of illness.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with patients.
• Prescribe within current ICB policy and guidelines.
• Complete tasks set by partners or practice manager.
