A local medical practice in West Bromwich is seeking a dedicated Salaried GP. Ideally we are looking for 7-9 sessions per week but fewersessions would be considered for the right candidate. Our Surgery welcomes bothnewly qualified GPs and those who wish to further their career

We have a practice population of approximately 5500 patients.
Clinical System - System One Clinical, training can be provided if necessary.
Asa salaried GP you will contribute fully to the clinical workload of the Surgeryproviding consultations, undertaking patient-related administration andproviding clinical advice and support to medical and nursing colleagues/staff. In addition to this, the Surgery will supportyou in the opportunity to take on a speciality role of your interest.
Asalaried GP will work within a contractual framework. You will have an allocated area of clinicalresponsibility/expertise in which you are expected to develop a lead for thePractice and ensure high standards of service quality and delivery in respectof our NHS contract, directed and enhanced services and the quality outcomesframework.
Youwill participate in activity that supports the Surgery involvement as an activemember of Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG and our Primary Care Network.
Weare seeking doctors who will be committed to contribute to our work to maintainquality standards in primary care, help us develop services targeted at healthpromotion and disease prevention and maintaining or increasing patientsatisfaction scores at or above national average levels.
Youwill be expected to do clinics with face to face consultations, telephoneconsultations and home visits and participate in team developmentactivities.
