Highcliffe Medical Centre in Dorset is offering a salaried GP post for 6 sessions per week, with days to be discussed. You will be supported by 6 GP partners, 8 salaried GPs and a large nursing team, in a collaborative clinical environment.
You will undertake face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits when required, and manage documentation and referrals according to practice protocols. The post emphasises teamwork and quality improvement in NHS care delivery.

Our clinical team work closely to support each other, and regular team meetings are supported by the practice where our clinicians can communicate and suggest new and improved ways of working.

To provide NHS general medical services to registered and temporary patients on the Practice list.
In consultation with patients and in line with current Practice disease management protocols, developing care plans for health.
To assist in the establishment of appropriate systems to manage common chronic medical conditions.
Completion of clinically related administrative and non-clinical duties needed for the delivery of service.
Refer patients for further opinions and interventions according to Practice protocols.
