The Key Medical Practice in Kidlington is recruiting a salaried GP to work across Kidlington and Yarnton sites. You will manage your own patient list, deliver routine 15-minute appointments, and contribute to QOF targets within a full multidisciplinary team.

This training practice offers supervision for GP registrars and F2 doctors, with no out-of-hours or weekend commitments and focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MBChB/MBBS or equivalent
• GP CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training)
• GMC registration in good standing (Full GMC registration)
• Experience in managing a personal patient list and assisting with QOF targets

A salaried GP post at The Key Medical Practice, a 12,500-patient surgery in Kidlington that is owned by Principal Medical Limited and runs a branch in Yarnton. The work centres on routine 15-minute surgery appointments, occasional home visits and care home cover, alongside managing a personal patient list and helping with QOF targets. It is a training practice with a full multidisciplinary team, and the role involves working across both sites. Full GMC registration and National Performers List entry are required.

• Work alongside nursing, pharmacy and allied health professionals

What’s required

Qualifications

• Recognised medical degree (MBChB, MBBS or equivalent)
• General Practitioner CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training)

Registration & licences

• Full GMC registration
• National Performers List registration

Experience

• GP vocational training or additional general practice experience
• Experience managing your own patient list and assisting with QOF targets

Skills & knowledge

• Motivated and independent approach
