A medical practice in Kent is seeking a motivated and committed Salaried GP to join their supportive team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical services and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role offers 4-6 sessions per week with an emphasis on patient-focused care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. The practice values continuous improvement and personal development.
We are a friendly,busy, dual-site practice serving 24,000 patients in Herne Bayon the beautiful north Kent coast. We have an exciting opportunity for amotivated and committed Salaried GP to join our supportive andwell-organised team for between 4-6 sessions a week.
We areseeking an enthusiastic individual with a patient-focused approach and acommitment to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will beflexible, proactive, and able to travel between our two sites.
Thesuccessful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner,responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our practicepopulation. This includes delivering an excellent standard of clinical carewhile complying with the GMS contract and adhering to GMC standardsfor good medical practice. The role will also involve a care home ward round.
Thepost-holder will contribute to the effective management of the practice, leadby example, and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship withthe multidisciplinary team.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
