A local GP practice in Grantham is seeking a Salaried GP to provide high-quality medical care to the practice population. The ideal candidate will have experience as a GP with full GMC registration and will be responsible for managing long-term conditions and contributing to the continuous improvement initiatives within the practice. To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for theprovision of medical services to the practice population, delivering anexcellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
The post holder will adhere to the GMC standardsfor good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of thepractice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative workingrelationship with the multidisciplinary team.
