We’re investing in innovation, quality improvement and continuity of care and will encourage you to shape services, pursue your interests, and grow your career. If you’re looking for a practice that values teamwork, flexibility, autonomy and work‑life balance, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Duties of the job
  • Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred consultations across routine and urgent care.
  • Contribute to continuity of care through face‑to‑face, telephone and online appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, referring and liaising appropriately.
  • Take part in clinical decision‑making, safety netting and follow‑up care.
  • Support practice initiatives that improve access, quality and patient experience.
  • Participate in shared responsibilities such as results handling, prescriptions and admin (fairly allocated).
  • Engage in learning, reflection and quality improvement to develop your practice.
About us

At The Paddock Surgery, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that truly works together. Alongside our GPs, we have skilled Physician Associates, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs), Trainee Nurse Associates (TNAs) and Practice Nurses, as well as pharmacists, HCAs and an excellent admin and reception team each bringing expertise and support to patient care.

The culture is supportive, inclusive and solutions‑focused. We share workloads fairly, help one another out, and encourage open communication. You’ll find a professional atmosphere where high standards matter but so do kindness, humour and balance.

We offer opportunities to develop special interests, get involved in quality improvement and PCN projects, and benefit from protected learning time where possible. You’ll be supported by approachable leadership and a team that genuinely wants you to thrive.
