We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Salaried GPs to join our experienced, friendly, and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for doctors who value clinical quality, continuity of care, and professional satisfaction in a well-organised, progressive environment.

We offer a stable and nurturing setting where clinical work is prioritised, and administrative demands are minimised. Our culture values teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning, making this a rewarding place to develop a long-term career in primary care.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care to our registered patients through both telephone and face-to-face consultations.

Sessions run from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Telephone consultations are scheduled for 10 minutes each.

Face-to-face consultations are 15 minutes each.

Appointments are fully managed by the partners, ensuring appropriate scheduling and clinical control.

The role follows a same-day appointment model, improving access and continuity for patients.

Opportunities exist to develop additional clinical interests such as minor surgery, joint injections, and womens health clinics.

The post-holder will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including Physician Associates, ACPs, Pharmacists, a Pharmacy Technician, and Paramedics, reducing administrative and clinical workload pressures.
