Job summary

The Royal College of General Practitioners in Birmingham is seeking a Salaried GP to join a friendly primary care team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. This role suits GPs with 1–2 years of post-CCT experience seeking stability, professional development, and strong clinical support.

You will work in a modern practice environment with a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive care across a diverse patient population and contributing to service improvements and quality

Qualifications

• GMC registered GP with inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
• MRCGP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of regular post-CCT clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP services across 7 sessions per week with a mix of face-to-face and remote consultations.
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team and dedicated admin time.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to join a friendly and experienced primary care team in Birmingham. This position would suit a GP with at least 1-2 years of post-CCT experience who is seeking a stable role with flexibility, strong clinical support and opportunities for professional development.

The Role

• 7 sessions per week
• Mix of face-to-face and remote consultations
• Dedicated clinical administration time
• Supportive multidisciplinary team including Allied Healthcare Professionals

You will play a key role in providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and positive patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For
