About the Role

4 - Sessions per week

Salary would be based on the number of sessions.

Muiredge Surgery, Buckhaven is situated in the heart of its local community on the east coast of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee, and St Andrews. Fife also has many golf courses and easy access to the stunning coastal path.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed General Practitioner to work with a dedicated and supportive Practice Team to provide excellent clinical care to our patients. The practice has a list size of approximately 9,300 patients.

This position also qualifies for a Golden Hello payment subject to terms and conditions. The practice currently uses EMIS and DOCMAN, and the appointment slots of 15 minutes are a mixture of face‑to‑face and telephone consultations.

We are looking for someone with the right motivation and dedication to patient care. Ideally 4-6 sessions per week, but this can be flexible.

Employment terms are as per BMA employment terms and conditions. Six weeks annual leave, one week study leave, and eight days public holidays (pro‑rata).
