A dynamic healthcare partnership in Southampton is seeking a Salaried GP to work between 4 to 8 sessions weekly. The practice provides comprehensive support for GPs, offering a diverse patient list including affluent areas and those with significant health inequalities. We are ahappy, highly motivated and forward-thinking GMS Partnership with two practicepremises in Totton, Hampshire looking for a Salaried GP who would like to work between 4 and 8 sessions per week and hold a patient list. GPs are well supported by Workflow Optimisation, Pharmacy and Script Management Teams
Many of our staff trained at the practice and we have several with long service awards including that of 30 years. The population we serve is diverse and varied stretching from affluent areas to pockets of significant deprivation and health inequalities.
We achieve highly at the qualities and outcomes framework (QOF) each year, seek out new opportunities and we are actively involved in our local primary care network (PCN). We have approximately 85 members of staff and we are a highly regarded training practice welcoming GP trainees, F2 doctors and medical students. We are a level 1 research practice.

The post holder will be responsible for a patient list and will carry out all associated clinical and administrative work nationally associated and accepted as being part of managing a patient list. This will entail dealing with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients.
