Job Summary

• We are seeking an Identity Engineer with hands on experience of Sailpoint ISC, Active Directory, EntraID and automation such as Beanshell/Java/Powershell.
• Experience in a DevOps environment and toolset is also an advantage. Experience in the implementation and configuration of Identity Governance and Administration technologies, specifically SailPoint is preferred.
• The immediate focus will be on performing immediate discovery and deployment tasks to build out the Sailpoint IGA solution within client, assisting the Lead Engineer and Architect against the initial scope with the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of the solution an expanding the scope of IGA across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation: Develop, document and implement Identity Governance solutions using Sailpoint and other automation to provide a comprehensive IGA solution. Identify best practice and experience of how to get a product deployed into an enterprise environment.
• Management and Maintenance: Advise and update the day-to-day operations of the IGA environment and help develop the operational model, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve identity and access-related issues, providing technical support and guidance to internal teams.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that identity solutions meet security and compliance standards, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Identity experience

• Proven experience with Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration, connectors, identity merging, developing workflows and integrating Sailpoint to source and target connected platforms.
• Experience with identity governance and administration tools such as Sailpoint.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation using API's and infrastructure as code (IaaC). (Terraform/Github)
