Qualifications

• Hands-on experience within the leisure marine industry, primarily with sailing yachts.
• Confident handling of sailing yachts and conducting sea trials under sail.
• Strong knowledge of modern sailing yacht systems, including rigging and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Commission new yachts across the UK and Europe, focusing on sailing yachts.
• Manage day-to-day commissioning from arrival to owner handover.
• Conduct sea trials under sail to verify system operation.
