Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the joint strategic business plan with Saga, ensuring alignment with Ageas UK objectives.
  • Manage the Saga portfolio (c. £400m+ GWP), delivering against agreed GWP and COR targets.
  • Oversee the partnership governance framework, ensuring robust performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Saga and Ageas, from operational teams to executive level.
  • Provide timely and insightful reporting across agreed KPIs and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent Ageas in key committees and forums, including Pricing, Risk, Audit, and Projects.
