Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the joint strategic business plan with Saga, ensuring alignment with Ageas UK objectives.
- Manage the Saga portfolio (c. £400m+ GWP), delivering against agreed GWP and COR targets.
- Oversee the partnership governance framework, ensuring robust performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Saga and Ageas, from operational teams to executive level.
- Provide timely and insightful reporting across agreed KPIs and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Ageas in key committees and forums, including Pricing, Risk, Audit, and Projects.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in senior portfolio or partnership management, ideally within insurance.
- Strong understanding of the Personal Lines market and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic plans and commercial targets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills at senior levels.
- Proficient in data analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with executive presence.
