As a Safety Performance and Learning Advisor, you’ll play a key role in strengthening safety performance and continuous improvement across our Naval Nuclear business. Supporting the Health and Safety team, you'll help ensure compliance with company safety arrangements while promoting organisational learning through effective event management, performance reporting and action tracking.
Day-to-day, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a highly regulated environment where your work will directly support operational safety, business improvement and the delivery of critical defence programmes. You'll work with stakeholders across the organisation, helping turn lessons learned into meaningful improvements that make a real difference.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
