The Role:

Supporting the Head of SHEQ in managing quality, safety, health, wellbeing, and environmental aspects across our Wisbech and March sites. Responsible for day-to-day management of systems, documents, and processes, and acting as the first point of contact for SHEQ matters.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or willingness to train for H&S qualifications
• Ability to train employees and assist with inductions and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with a proactive approach and attention to detail
• Full driving license and own transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Safety Management Systems, including reviews and updates
• Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with SHEQ legislation
• Conduct safety inductions and training
• Investigate non-driving accidents and report findings
• Support internal audits and maintain documentation for risk assessments and safety procedures
• Promote teamwork and a safety culture within the organization
