Responsibilities
  • Champion health & safety across a large, semi-automated warehouse, conduct and manage risk assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
  • Design and roll‑out new procedures that elevate safety and drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and support a strong safety culture through hands‑on involvement and proactive communication.
About you
  • Proven experience in health & safety within warehousing, logistics, or other fast‑paced operational environments.
  • A practical, hands‑on approach to safety and compliance.
  • Confidence in influencing change and communicating effectively across teams.
  • NEBOSH Certificate (ideal if you have completed or are currently studying a Level 6 Diploma, but not essential).
  • A genuine passion for safety and a desire to elevate standards across the board.
