About The Role

London Stadium are looking for a Safety Coordinator to join the team. The key purpose of this role is to assist the LS185 Staffing & Planning Manager and Safety Officer in providing strong event day steward and security staff recruitment, contract engagement, training and ongoing booking and administration all London Stadium major events.

As Safety coordinator at the London Stadium, you will be an organised g professional with excellent communication skills and attention to detail with staffing major events, ranging from Football, concerts, Athletics.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Staffing & Planning Manager and Safety Officer to take responsibility for the staffing of major events.
  • Working closely with the crowd safety team on relevant areas of crowd safety and health and safety legislation.
  • Supporting the management of our staff scheduling, planning and workforce management systems for event staff.
