Are you ready to make a significant impact on safety and sustainability in the energy sector? Our passionate team, based in Belgium and the Netherlands, is at the forefront of driving change through hazard identification, risk assessment studies, and safety management system enhancement.

As a member of our team, you'll be part of shaping safer and greener facilities for the power world, including DSO/TSO, BESS or power generation projects. From qualitative studies like HAZOP and HAZID to development and assessment of safety management system, your expertise will contribute to a resilient energy transition.

Key responsibilities
  • Participate and lead projects in industrial safety management for all types of energy production, storage and transportation players.
  • Foster client relationships and play a pivotal role in project-related engagements.
  • Contribute to innovative proposals for risk management solutions.
  • Cultivate an internal and international network, exchanging knowledge and insights.

Please note that while this position is primarily based in Barendrecht (Rotterdam area) or Arnhem (The Netherlands). We also have office locations available in Groningen and Antwerp (Belgium), and warmly welcome applications from candidates across the Benelux region.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A master’s degree in Electrical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven hands‑on experience (5 years minimum) in process safety, within industrial or power generation/transportation/storage environment.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong command of technical terminology; proficiency in French or German is considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and outstanding problem‑solving skills.
  • A high level of motivation and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across
