Safety and Effectiveness Support Manager

Join Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as a Band 5 Safety & Effectiveness Support Manager and play a vital role in supporting our commitment to outstanding care. You'll be part of a dynamic team within the Office of the Medical Director, helping to coordinate and enhance key processes such as patient safety incident management, clinical audit and guidelines. Main duties of the job

As Safety & Effectiveness Support Manager, you will manage and coordinate the administrative functions for clinical effectiveness and patient safety. There are two roles available, responsibilities of which include overseeing incident management processes, and ensuring clinical guidelines are regularly reviewed to the highest standards. You'll provide centralised support to clinical divisions, monitor key outcomes, analyse data for improvement, and prepare reports for stakeholders. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of teams. You'll be expected to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and support meetings and events related to quality governance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, always upholding the Trust's values.
