  • Be committed to continuous improvement by scheduling and conducting audits, inspections and H&S conversations.
  • Delivering in-house H&S and Human Performance training in a clear and engaging way.
  • Working collaboratively with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders across projects.

You’ll enjoy managing your own time, learning through real-world experience, and developing your career with the support of structured training and professional development. • A proactive, pragmatic approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, such as Joint Venture (JV) projects.
  • Willingness to work towards recognised Health & Safety qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH).
