The Safety, Compliance and Assurance team plays a pivotal role within the Integrated Training Centre (ITC), ensuring that all activities meet the highest Regulatory, Certification, Legislative, and Customer standards. Operating in a joint BAE Systems and Customer enterprise environment, the team safeguards the integrity and credibility of our training operations, directly influencing our licence to operate and the customer’s confidence in our capability.
As part of this high-profile function, you’ll work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organisation, providing expert insight and leadership in Safety, Compliance, and Assurance.
