You will help women overcome barriers to taking part, contribute to our drop-in service and link women with opportunities across the Centre and with partners.

We recognise that engagement and progress are not always straightforward. You will bring patience and an understanding of trauma, alongside initiative, practical problem-solving, resilience and sound professional judgement. You will work closely with colleagues, volunteers and partners, maintaining clear boundaries and using supervision and team support appropriately.
