Safeguarding Assistant – Full Time, Slough


Enterprise Academy is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safeguarding Assistant to join our team at a mainstream secondary academy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting the safeguarding and pastoral team in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students

  • Acting as a first point of contact for safeguarding concerns and referrals

  • Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding policies and procedures

  • Working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to provide effective support


We are looking for someone who


  • Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people

  • Can communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality

  • Is organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure

  • Has previous experience in a safeguarding, pastoral, or education setting (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
