A prominent global church organization is seeking a Sacred Materials Language Coordinator to manage translation projects across Europe. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to coordinate projects across different time zones. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and the right to work in Europe. This position is remote and includes responsibilities such as managing project schedules and financials, along with providing support to translation teams.

Based in the Area, this role provides project and resource management for various sacred music, scripture, and temple translation and recording projects, being the connecting link between Headquarters teams and Area Translation staff. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the successful completion of sacred materials projects by coordinating job tasks through the use of translation project management tools and technologies and by assisting HQ Sacred Materials Linguists and Area Language Supervisors in building capabilities amongst resources.
Candidates for this position will have exceptional organisational and time‑management skills and a passion for logistics and project management. They must demonstrate problem‑solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and familiarity with business operations, management, technology, and linguistics. In addition to keeping projects on track, they must have strong communication skills to provide clear training and feedback on translation tools and processes to project team members. They must be service‑oriented and able to communicate clearly and concisely with people across cultures. They must be available to work during non‑standard business hours and on flexible schedules to facilitate partnership with team members and staff in other time zones.
