Saas Sales Executive | Farringdon | Up to £35k, OTE £50k+

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking for success within a fast-moving SAAS based company!

This is a hands-on, outbound sales development role for someone motivated by driving new business growth in a scale-up B2B software company. Reporting directly to both the Account Executive and CEO and working closely with Marketing, you’ll prospect, engage, and qualify target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, and eager to start or accelerate a career in SaaS sales.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, based in Farringdon, 1 day per week in Harpenden, Hertfordshire
  • Hybrid working after initial training period

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target accounts and decision‑makers.
  • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest and book discovery calls.
  • Personalise outreach using research and insights into sector and role challenges.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria.
  • Book meetings and hand overqualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaign leads into pipeline opportunities.
CRM & Process Management
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of prospects, activities, and outcomes in HubSpot.
  • Track and report daily & weekly activity and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously improve outreach sequences and processes through feedback and testing.
  • Partner with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback from prospects with the wider team.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to accelerate development.
