Job summary

HERE is expanding its EMEA Sales team in London, offering a hybrid remote work arrangement with regular office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We seek an experienced Sales Director to grow our SME SaaS footprint across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Metals & Mining, and Utilities. This individual contributor role focuses on building pipeline, closing deals, and expanding HERE’s presence in the UK and Continental Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct SME SaaS sales experience across multiple industries (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, energy, utilities).
• UK & Continental Europe selling experience, with focus on UK, Ireland, France, Germany and/or Spain.
• Experience selling enterprise-level platform tools and independently generating pipeline from proactive outreach.
• Proven track record of generating and closing high volumes of deals within direct sales.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts and articulating value to customer priorities.
• Ability to manage stakeholder communications and drive a sales process from start to finish.
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and HERE's product mission.
• Excellent communication skills; second European language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline with new logos, proactive prospecting, and strategic account networking.
• Meet sales quota and drive campaigns with a robust, MEDEDDICC-aligned process.
• Cultivate and sustain valuable client relationships through the full sales cycle.
• Become a solutions consultant by translating security/productivity trends into customer value.
• Develop deep product understanding to communicate HERE's value to executives and represent the company at events.
