Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our small, agile team and test cutting-edge cyber security SaaS products. You will ensure high customer standards through structured testing, defect reporting and continuous QA improvements.

You will perform hands-on system, functional and regression testing, contribute to automated testing and collaborate with development, product and support teams to enhance reliability, security and scalability across the product

Qualifications

• Experience testing SaaS software products.
• Strong system, functional and regression testing skills.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, analytics and packet tracing.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with automated testing and test automation programmes.
• Ability to work across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Python and/or Bash scripting skills.
• Clear defect reporting, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing outputs described by tickets, stories and release plans.
• Execute system, functional and regression testing across SaaS software products.
• Report and validate defects with clear, accurate reporting.
• Support test automation and help improve QA processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product, support and stakeholders to improve product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release planning.
• Explore risks and edge cases to improve quality, security and user experience.
