Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a Delivery Manager to support our Housing SaaS Platforms. The individual in this role will have responsibility for the availability of our platforms – including NEC Mobile, NEC Scheduler, NEC Repairs and NEC Engage.

The responsibilities for this role will include Monitoring, Planned Maintenance, Service Meetings and Support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Housing Management Software or similar Public Sector SaaS Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring: Ensure adequate monitoring and alerting across the Housing SaaS platforms, including Postgres, Networks, Patroni, and Servers.
• Planned Maintenance: Maintain patching upgrades for Servers and Patroni, manage hardware changes, review content for new releases, and optimize database performance.
• Support: Act as the point of contact between housing and CST, coordinate technical resources, establish support plans, and ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Service Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, document actions, report results, and plan infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SaaS Products in Housing or Public Services.
• Technical understanding of Housing SaaS Systems and customer usage.
• Relationship Management skills and customer service experience.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong communication skills for triage and coordination.
• Commercial awareness and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Housing SaaS Analytics and Service Improvement Plans.
