BearingPoint United Kingdom is seeking a S2P Technical Consultant to join our Sourcing & Procurement team. You will work on Source-to-Pay transformations and procurement digitalisation projects, supporting clients to streamline processes and implement systems.

The role demands hands-on experience with S2P, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across BearingPoint teams on delivery and contribute to client success across projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of procurement project delivery experience.
• Experience with S2P digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on S2P process enhancement experience.
• Exposure to procurement technology platforms (such as JAGGAER, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua).
• Strong understanding of S2P best practices and optimization.
• Accreditation in project management or S2P solution development (preferred).
• Experience in multi-country or large digital procurement programmes (preferred).

• Conduct procurement process analysis and support S2P optimisation.

What type of work will you be doing?

As a Consultant at BearingPoint, you will join the Sourcing & Procurement team focused on delivering procurement-related services to our clients. These projects will be primarily focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations and procurement digitalisation projects. As part of your role, you will support clients in enhancing procurement processes, digitising end-to-end S2P, and driving lasting outcomes to enhance procurement functions. As part of this, you will also be involved in procurement systems implementation projects for BearingPoint partner solutions.

Core Experience and Capabilities:

• 2–4 years of experience delivering procurement projects
• Experience delivering procurement digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay process enhancement
• Exposure to procurement technology platforms (such as JAGGAER, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua)
• Strong understanding of S2P best practices and process optimisation

Key Responsibilities

• Support or lead S2P solution configuration, testing, and deployment

Required Skill and Experience

• Working knowledge and experience operating with source-to-pay solutions
• Strong procurement process experience across Sourcing, SRM, and P2P
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Ability to manage stakeholders in consulting environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Accreditation in project management or solution development for any source-to-pay solution
• Procurement or supply‑chain certifications such as CIPS
• Experience supporting multi‑country or large digital procurement programmes
