Job description

Sprint Security Training & Development is recruiting qualified S.I.A instructors to deliver a range of security training courses, including the Highfield Level 2 Awards for Door Supervisors, Conflict Management and Front‑of‑Stage Pit Barrier Operations.

Our programme is delivered both within the workplace and at dedicated training venues. If you are prepared to travel, you could be a valuable asset to the company.

We are also recruiting Physical Intervention Instructors for our training centre located at The Mansion House, Wrest Park, Bedfordshire, and potentially at our venues in Canary Wharf and Northamptonshire.

Courses
  • Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors – Private Security Industry
  • Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 2 Award in Front‑of‑Stage Pit Barrier Operations (RQF)
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training (RQF)
  • Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Physical Intervention Training (RQF)
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) – minimum or equivalent
