A consulting firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Presales S/4HANA Enterprise Architect to define and lead the SAP enterprise architecture strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with S/4HANA and the ability to provide strategic guidance on digital transformation. This is a permanent role requiring a valid British Passport due to security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Presales processes (pre‑RfP, RfP, Proposal, post‑RfP).
• Extensive experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect.
• Deep expertise in creating cohesive solutions across multiple modules of S/4/HANA.
• Previous experience with the S/4HANA Cloud roadmap.

The Role

I am currently looking for an experienced Presales S/4HANA Enterprise Architect to join our Consulting client on a permanent basis. The role will require the person to go through a security clearance process, therefore applicants must hold a valid British Passport.

• Define and lead the SAP enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop SAP roadmaps, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and future‑proofing of SAP investments.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA adoption, SAP Cloud strategy (RISE with SAP), and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with IT and Senior Business leaders to define SAP's role within the enterprise IT landscape.
• Oversee end‑to‑end SAP solution design, ensuring best practices in process optimisation and system integration.
• Act as the key decision‑maker for SAP governance, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Drive SAP architecture standardisation, ensuring consistency across all business units.

Experience

• Strong understanding of the Presales processes (pre‑RfP, RfP, Proposal, post‑RfP).
• Extensive experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect with expertise in designing large‑scale SAP landscapes.
• Deep expertise in creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of S/4/HANA.
• Previous experience with the S/4HANA Cloud roadmap, including RISE.
• Previous experience in creating proposals (Bids).
