Job summary
Airbus Belfast Limited seeks a Change Specialist to steer the ERP S/4HANA rollout at the Belfast site, focusing on A220 wings and fuselage components. You will architect and drive the localized Change Management plan, ensuring business readiness and supply-chain continuity across a complex integration.
The role requires 5+ years in aerospace change management, SAP/AI proficiency, and strong stakeholder negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Supply-chain with 5+ years Aerospace experience OR HNC with 8 years.
- Extensive track record leading large-scale Change Management in Aerospace M&A or complex international supply chains.
- Experience with Tier 1 suppliers is a major asset.
- Strong proficiency in AI applications to enhance process analysis and risk forecasting.
- Experience leading SAP environments or S/4HANA transitions during carve-ins/integrations.
- Fluency in English; French/German a plus.
- Mastery of Waterfall PM and SAFe/Agile; data-driven problem solving under pressure.
- Autonomous, transparent leader with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Architect, own, and implement the Belfast site Change Management plan.
- Develop docs and learning materials using SAP Enable Now for S/4HANA rollout.
- Lead Train the Trainer and end-user adoption for hundreds of employees.
- Design deployment framework locally and manage post-implementation hypercare.
- Manage changes in waterfall and SAFe/Agile environments.
- Coordinate with Belfast team, executives, and ERP Change Team for buy-in.
- Leverage AI/data analytics to predict deployment risks and automate reporting.
