Job summary

Lumanity in Greater London is seeking a Senior Consultant to apply real-world evidence methodologies for regulators, payers, clinicians and stakeholders. You will deliver client-ready analyses, manage workstreams and coach junior staff in a delivery-focused role.

Responsibilities include developing deliverables, ensuring quality, engaging with partners and contributing to thought leadership while benefiting from a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in RWE consulting or pharma environment.
• Experience with real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registry).
• Strong communication and Excel-based analysis.
• Ability to manage workstreams with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Project and workstream management from planning through delivery with quality checks.
• Develop client deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel models, reports) to high standard.
• Apply RWE methodology to solve client problems (drug utilization, outcomes).
• Quality control and sign-off readiness of outputs.
• Day-to-day client contact under project lead guidance.
• Support junior team members and delegate tasks.
• Engage with partners and data sources as directed by senior team.
• Contribute to thought leadership pieces with internal experts.
