Vets for Pets is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) for our busy Northampton hospital. You will manage a diverse caseload, including emergency admissions and intensive inpatient care, across a purpose-built facility designed to support advanced veterinary nursing.

Qualifications
- Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for hospital nursing and emergency care.
- Ability to handle complex cases with confidence and compassion.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills, with a team-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to a varied caseload of hospitalised patients, including complex and critical cases.
- Support emergency admissions, urgent procedures and patient triage in a busy hospital environment.
- Assist with surgical and emergency cases in theatre and monitor anaesthesia during procedures.
- Provide inpatient nursing care, including monitoring, treatment and recovery.
- Carry out 20-minute nurse consultations, including vaccinations and medication checks.
- Perform Schedule 3 procedures and collaborate with vets and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Maintain continuity of care through effective handovers between day and OOH teams.
