Job summary

CommonAI CIC is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to work on Panopticon, an AI framework with stringent control and compliance protocols. Written in Rust, Panopticon targets highly regulated sectors such as financial services and healthcare, delivering secure, auditable code.

You will design and maintain core components, build secure execution environments, and leverage LLMs and AI assistants to accelerate development while upholding safety, explainability and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building systems in Rust.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and secure coding practices.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and code-generation copilots.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core components of the Panopticon framework using idiomatic Rust.
• Develop secure execution environments, multi-model validation pipelines, and intelligent filtering to prevent data leakage.
• Extensively utilise LLMs, AI agents, and coding copilots to write, test, and refactor code, accelerating feature development without compromising safety.
