Job summary

OHO Group (Lithuania) in London is seeking a Quant Developer to build high-performance trading systems in Rust and own key parts of the platform.

You will work with a small, ambitious team on production-grade infrastructure across pricing, execution and market data, collaborating closely with traders to solve complex technical problems and shape the engineering direction as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative development, electronic trading or market making.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally with experience in Rust, C++ or Python.
• Understanding of trading systems, pricing, execution or market data.
• Comfortable working on performance-critical, production-grade systems.
• Interested in taking greater ownership within a smaller, fast-moving team.
• Keen to work with modern technologies and help shape a growing engineering function.
