Job summary

Radley James is recruiting for Senior Rust specialists to join a well established Digital Assets trading firm in London. You will contribute to building low latency trading infrastructure, matching and execution engines, OMS and more, by working deep within systems level.

Responsibilities include building and owning OMS, designing feed handlers, low level networking, socket management, exchange connectivity via FIX, websocket and proprietary protocols, and latency profiling with continuous

Qualifications

• Direct experience with Feed Handlers and OMS or strategy logic.
• Strong Rust, async and non-async.
• Low level network socket programming experience.
• FIX Protocol experience.
• Tradfi or institutional crypto trading experience.
